End of Year Reflection Workshop
Join WELA’s Lead Facilitator Dr Louise Duxbury for a one-hour online workshop where we’ll carve out some time to collectively reflect on the year that has been.
Using a series of carefully crafted questions, Lou will lead us through some personal and group reflections that will help us look over the past year but also set us up for the coming one.
This year has been a pendulum of determination, positivity, and also despair, and frustration. It has been a little wild! Let’s aim to finish the year ALIVE and RESTED.
Following the workshop, we’ll send you a question every day for 5 days to deepen this reflection.
This event is virtual – you will receive a Zoom link when you RSVP.
