Beth is a social purpose leader with over a decade of experience in operational and strategic management, but her heart belongs to building capacity for people and projects. She kicked off her career working extensively with educators and artists to realise and deliver their visions, eventually moving on to support other social purpose leaders to build their connection, skill, and confidence. In her role with WELA, she brings a human-centred approach to the critical work of empowering our community to create much needed systemic change.
