Biography

Carli Leimbach is a dynamic Learning Designer, Lead Facilitator, and Leadership Consultant with 10 years training in Women-Centered Coaching, Facilitation and Leadership.

With a passion for unlocking human ingenuity, she resources individuals, teams, and organisations to tap into their true potential and embrace systems thinking.

Carli’s career journey includes spearheading the ‘Innovate to Regenerate’ national challenge at WWF-Australia and establishing the first emerging leaders program for the ABC. As a Design Thinker for Google, she focused on building a stronger future for the news industry in the Asia Pacific region and was the first Fempreneur in Residence, engaged to support, promote and celebrate women entrepreneurs at The University of Technology, Business School.

Carli brings a regenerative approach to the role, growing ecosystems of collaboration, building innovation capability and resourcing WELA participants to generate, test and scale new leadership approaches in support of a thriving planet.

She lives in a treehouse on the picturesque Hawkesbury River with her partner, daughter, and ‘Lacey’ – a 2m Lace Monitor.
