Cherry is a passionate conservationist who loves empowering communities to stand up for the wildlife and places they love. She has worked at a grassroots and international level for over a decade to protect iconic places like the Great Barrier Reef.

Her focus and expertise is facilitation, collaboration and nurturing leadership skills to drive community-led solutions. By honing in on active listening, relationship building, event management, communications, and media relations, she’s helped catalyse grassroots movements that unite local and global voices for change.
