Biography

Emma is an experienced leader with a career spanning across the corporate, for purpose and government sectors, specialising in developing organisational, sustainability and purpose, and communications and engagement strategies that deliver outcomes and build reputations.

She has worked in-house, in consulting capacities, and as a board member, including five years as Chair of Environment Victoria, and has a reputation for providing considered, strategic, direct and valued counsel on issues, risks and opportunities.

Emma is passionate about making a positive impact to the world through the work that she does and believes that change is only possible when diversity of opinion, experience and skills are applied to solve our complex societal issues.
