Emma is an experienced leader across the corporate, for-purpose and government sectors, specialising in organisational, sustainability and communications strategy. She has worked in-house, as a consultant and as a board member, including five years as Chair of Environment Victoria. She brings this strategy and governance experience to her role as WELA’s inaugural Deputy Chair and Chair of the Governance Sub-Committee.

Emma lives in Singapore with her husband, two daughters and ageing cat, where she co-founded ellora., a global digital platform helping accompanying partners maintain their professional identity through relocation. Beyond ellora., she’s an active volunteer in her local community. Her perfect day involves time with her family, a long run, a good book and a strong martini. Her favourite place will always be Australia.
